Welcome Wallace

We have a van! So... here's the story:

We had a couple people tell us they knew of vans in the east coast and in Denver, but all vehicles people thought would not be able to make the coast-to-coast trip. So we would be left with a little air-travel in the middle, and more than a few inconvenient stops to return vans, costing us $$$.

So we felt to wait. We just asked the LORD to provide a van (because sometimes we just haven't asked Him, when He wants us to), and the night after doing so, Andrew was sitting with Haley at the Banyan Tree Cafe', and after praying again for direction that morning Haley says "Why don't we check Craig's list in Boston?" ...of course! So we do. First car under $2,000 was a 1998 Dodge Conversion Van... so we sent it to Papa York (along with 2 other options) at 10 or so Hawaii time, to check it out, the only thing was it was in New Hampshire, about 40 minutes away from our contact.

Meanwhile... Elizabeth feels that the LORD is saying that I was going to get a call around 12:30 that Andrew would get a call about a van, and tells him this. Hmmm...

1:19pm Hawaii time... Andrew gets a call from his Dad saying it seems like a great deal, but we would have to get someone to check it out. The only person in Boston we know is a girl we've never met. Long shot - but we call her and ask if there's ANYWAY she could go to a place called Plaistow to check out a van for us. She says "I drive through there all the time, I can do that for you!" ...no way.

Today... actually about an hour ago, after a little bargaining, "Wallace the tabernacle" (named by Matt Scap and Erica) joined the AWAKEN family... thank you Jesus.
